FIELD: petrochemical industry; filters for purification of liquids from mechanical impurities.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the flow screens used for purification of liquids from mechanical impurities, in particular, for extraction of solid particles from petroleum, for example, sand, clay, scale, rusts. The screen contains a chamber supplied with a terminal gate with a pass diameter equal to the diameter of the chamber, a filtering element consisting of the perforated pipe with a fixed to it auger for a stream cockling and a set of the coaxial shells of rotation supplied with dampers forming a settling section. The filtering element is mounted on the moveable supports with a capability of its moving forward on the guides through the terminal gate. The shells are made open in the lower part with formation of a window for withdrawal of the mechanical impurities into the chamber. The chamber has a diameter and a length determined from terms of settling of the mechanical impurities of the preset coarseness, it may have several augers some feed screws and the settling sections, and the dampers are placed on the surface of the shells in the form of a screw-type line with a constant or decreasing step. At that the gross area of cross-section formed between shells should not be less than the sectional area of the feeding branch-pipe. The technical result is a high efficiency of purification.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a high efficiency of purification.
