FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; oil refining industry and other industries; devices for realization of the heat-mass exchange processes.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of devices for realization of the heat-mass exchange processes, chemical processes both in homogeneous mediums and at presence of solid particles and may be used in chemical, petrochemical, oil refining and other industries. The device contains a vertical hollow body made with a capability of feeding in and withdrawal of heat, having the upper mouth and also connecting pipes of inlet of workflows and at least one connecting pipe of the products withdrawal located in the lower part of the body. The upper mouth has an installed there head containing a heat-exchange component and a central pipe. The central pipe of the head is placed inside the heat-exchange component and is an internal heat-exchange pipe of the heat-exchange component. The heat-exchange component is mounted on a mixing insert containing a shell, to which at least one inlet connecting pipe feeding a workflow and a deflecting cylinder made with a backlash in respect to the heat-exchange component. In the space between the internal heat-exchange pipe, mainly in its lower part and a shell there is an installed cylindrical insert. The lower part of the central pipe of the head is rigidly linked with the lower butt of the heat-exchange component. The technical result is improvement of the quality of the reaction products as well as an increased overhaul run of equipment.
