FIELD: hydraulic structures, particularly fish passes adapted for passing brood fishes through support structures to spawning and growth areas.
SUBSTANCE: fish pass includes fish passing channel arranged between spillaway parts of overflow dam and made as inclined spans. The spans define serpentine in plane. Fish passing channel connects lower and upper hydrosystem pools. Fish pass also has fish guiding device arranged in front of inlet fish pass head and formed as curvilinear wall. Wall apex is located on longitudinal axis of fish passing channel, convex surfaces of curvilinear sides thereof face inlet fish pass part. Fish pass also has transversal partitions with swimming-in orifices installed along fish passing channel length and forming chambers. Laid on chamber bottoms is spawning substrate, namely gravel-and-pebble fill including particles having different dimensions. Fish pass is provided with additional span and fish guiding device. Additional span is symmetric to lower level span. Lower part of upper level span has longitudinal partition installed along longitudinal fish pass axis. Upper parts of lower level spans mate end part of longitudinal partition and form transition sections arranged in symmetry to longitudinal fish pass axis. Additional fish guiding device having structure similar to main one is dissymmetrical relative longitudinal fish pass axis and is arranged in front of inlet head of additional span.
EFFECT: improved fish attractive conditions to attract fish from double-sided spillaway side and to provide fish passing into upper pool.
