FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to humidifying air over crops and can be used for small-scale irrigation and moistening plants, as well as for spraying fertiliser and pesticides in form of aqueous solutions. The device comprises housing, inside of which there are apparatus for delivering liquid and air, U-shaped branch and a pipe carrying monodisperse medium from air and water. The pipe is placed with inclination of 1:10-1:40 to the side of the user. Along the pipe, nipples are placed in groups for supplying monodisperse medium to local sections. At the end section of the pipe, a container for collecting condensate is mounted. The housing has two sections. The bottom section is put on a base and is provided with a drain plug. The top section is provided with apparatus for feeding liquid and apparatus feeding air. The apparatus for feeding liquid is mounted on the side wall of the top section. Apparatus for feeding air is mounted at the bottom of the top section. It has a filter for cleaning compressed air, a pressure regulator and an atomiser. The atomiser and injector are pneumatically connected to the pressure regulator. The top section is sealed and has inspection windows, a removable cover with an inlet pipe for spray and carrying handles. The bottom section has a drainage plug. A level tube is put at the bottom of the top section and its height can be varied. The housing of the injector has three screwed holes. Two of the screwed holes are coaxial. The third screwed hole is orthogonal relative the first two and is joined to them by a cavity. In the coaxial holes, on one end, there is a spike with an axial channel carrying air and a Laval nozzle. At the other end of the housing, a stepped threaded bushing is screwed, with a mixing chamber and diffusion cell inside its cavity. In the third screwed hole, which is orthogonal relative the first two, an intake hose is fitted. The housing of the injector, through the threaded end of the stepped bushing, is mated with nuts with outer and inner surfaces of the side wall of the top section. For visual control of formation of spray, the axes of symmetry of the housing of the injector with Laval nozzle and diffusion cell intersect with the inspection windows on the walls of the top section. The atomiser has housing with a flange. In the housing there are equal-sized coaxial openings. In the cavity of the housing, with possibility of dismantling in the direction of supply of air, a stepped crossover threaded bushing, an air stream swirler and a nozzle are mounted. The outlet opening of the nozzle is mated with the opening in the housing. In the screwed hole of the crossover bushing a socket piece is fitted, for joining with the air pressure regulator using a flexible sleeve. At the end of the housing there are radial slits and blades for dividing the thin water layer into a thin film. The air-stream swirler is in form of a disc with silts on the outer part. Each slit is inclined to the plane of disc at an angle of 30-45°. The housing of the atomiser with the bottom of the top section is mated through the stepped bushing with the flange. On the top cut in the top section, a frame is made with a groove along the perimeter for fitting in a sealing tape.

EFFECT: obtaining monodisperse medium from air and water for small-scale irrigation and moistening plants with considerable reduction in power consumption.
