FIELD: night vision devices.
SUBSTANCE: night vision device has lens, biplane electro-optical converter, erecting system and eye-piece. Erecting system is made of two lenses turned with their entrance pupils to each other and separated by diaphragm. Fiber-optic plate is mounted between erecting system and eye-piece. Exit pupils of lenses coincide with diaphragm. Surfaces of fiber-optic plates are disposed on focal planes of erecting system and eye-piece. Aperture of fiber-optic plate is equal or exceeds aperture of erecting system. Rigid fixation of pupil of viewer is not required.
EFFECT: reduced labor input.
