FIELD: food processing industry, in particular oil-and-fat industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed product contains vegetable oil mixture, desiccated defatted milk, salt, food-grade soda, bioactive substances, and water in predetermined ratio. Vegetable oil mixture represents mixture of refined, deodorized sunflower, wheel, barley and see buckthorn oils in ratio of 1:2:1:2. As bioactive substances pumpkin pectin, phospholipid concentrate, honey and bee royal jelly are used, and as salt iodinated table salt is used. Additionally product contains citric acid, Na-carboxymethyl cellulose and maize flour.
EFFECT: functional, vitamin-containing, low-calorie, emulsion foodstuff with improved biological value and increased shelf-time.
