FIELD: food processing industry, in particular fat-and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed foodstuff contains mixture of vegetable oils, desiccated defatted milk, salt (e.g., iodated salt), table soda, bioactive substances and water. As said mixture of vegetable oils product contains mixture of refined, deodorized sunflower, mustard, cherry, buckwheat and rice oils in ratio of 1:1:1:1:1, and as bioactive substances product contains pumpkin pectin, phospholipid concentrate, dog rose extract, honey and bee royal jelly, and additionally it contains citric acid, Na-carboxymethyl cellulose and soy flour. All components are taken in certain ratio.
EFFECT: vitamin-containing low-caloric emulsion product for prophylaxis diet; emulsion of increased stability and improved reological characteristics; foodstuff of balanced fatty acid composition.
