Moreover, as biologically active substances it contains nut-garlic paste being the mixture of walnuts, sunflower seeds and garlic at 30:50:20 ratio. Additionally, this product could contain citric acid and Na-carboxymethyl cellulose. Moreover, all the components should be taken at a certain quantitative ratio. The innovation enables to give emulsion product such functional properties to provide the withdrawal of radionucleotides and heavy metals out of the human body and improve, also, organoleptic and physico-chemical properties of the product suggested.
