SUBSTANCE: confectionery product is made in the form of cream mass produced by mixing of cream with 40% vodka, with said components being used in the ratio of 4:5; rubbing yolks with sugar; whipping for 20 min and adding resultant cream and vodka mixture and thickener.

EFFECT: wider range of products and unique gustatory qualities of confectioneries based on natural products.
