FIELD: surgical instruments, applicable in endosurgical operations.
SUBSTANCE: the dissector has an electric connector and an electroinsulated tubular body with a wing nut for turning about the axis of the branches. The branches are connected by a link to the electroinsulated control handles and are L-shaped, and have grooves on the working surfaces of the ends. At joining the grooves form a duct for retaining the ligature thread at lowering and tightening of the suture knots. In the section closer to the base the branches are provided with cutting edges, one of which is parallel with the working surface of the branch, and the other has an angular shape and is positioned at an angle to the working surface of the branch.
EFFECT: provided convenience of the surgeon work, efficiency of operation and reduced time of operation.
