METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING OPERATOR'S WORKING EFFICIENCY DUE TO COMBINED REFLEXO-REHABILITATIVE IMPACT Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

SUBSTANCE: the innovation suggested deals with combined impact of current and mechanical massage onto acupuncture points (AP), moreover, each AP should be affected with electric current of 20-40 mA power, frequency of 3-50 Hz, at rectangular negative phase of output current impulse and its exponential positive phase, and at duration of 0.4-0.6 msec. As for mechanical impact upon AP it should be performed due to massage at frequency of massage movements being 2 pressings/sec, at amplitude of 1-3 mm and pressure of 1-2 kg/sq. cm. Combined impact per every AP should last for 40-50 sec at periodicity of each 2-3 h of operator's activity in the following sequence: 4 II(khe-gu), 39 XI (syun'-chzhun), 6IV (san-in'-tszyao), 14 XIII (da-chzhui), 19 IV (tin-gun), VM-3 (in'-tan'). Symmetrical points should be massaged from the right at first, and then - from the left. The innovation in question decreases the expenses of functional reserves.
