FIELD: reservoirs for oil and oil product storage, particularly ones paving floating roofs.
SUBSTANCE: floating roof has central part with pontoon ring boxes arranged along perimeter thereof. The roof is provided with at least three accident signaling devices. Each accident signaling device is made as hollow cylindrical float with independent floatability and filled with dielectric liquid. The float is provided with rheostat arranged inside the float and with electric contacts sliding along it. Electric contacts are rigidly connected to floating roof through suspension member. Hollow cylindrical float of accident signaling device has floatability control device.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability due to possibility to determine abnormal floating roof position.
