FIELD: monitoring devices.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of flange with the tube of non-magnetic material attached thereto, on which combined with the spring mechanism movable magnetic system is arranged, to which by means of cable a load is suspended, in contact with the floating roof (pontoon) with its raising to the controlled level, the load weight exceeds the spring compression force; at the released spring level in the tube of non-magnetic material a reed switch is placed, reed switch tripping level is adjusted by changing the cable length, in the tube of non-magnetic material, at the compressed spring level, additional reed switch is installed, located so, that with the compressed spring it is in the tripping mode, for the lower reed switch position accurate alignment with the magnetic system with compressed spring, a cup is installed, design is made with possibility of the tripping level further adjustment by means of collet clamp without the floating-roof (pontoon) upper position in the tank monitoring device dismantling, to protect against condensation the umbrella is installed, located above the spring mechanism, enabling the circuits integrity continuous monitoring and reliable information about the floating roof (pontoon) position in the tank by means of the signals generation by three levels, Normal, Level 1 (warning), Level 2 (emergency pump shutdown).
EFFECT: disclosed is the floating roof (pontoon) in the tank upper position monitoring device was proposed.
