SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing nutrient raw from vegetable raw. Invention describes a method for producing nutritive raw that involves milling colored vegetable raw, its drying, extraction with liquid ammonia and liquid carbon dioxide, separation of corresponding extracts and their blending to obtain the end product. At each extraction stage pressure in extraction mixture is dropped periodically to a value providing boiling the extractant and then increased its to the parent value. Proposed method allows enhancing the specific yield of the end product by 6-10% as compared the relates analog with retaining quality and simultaneous reducing energy consumption by 18-20% and diminishing the technological cycle time by 8-10-fold practically.
