FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the stained vegetable raw, its blanching in an aqueous acid solution, milling, drying and successive extraction with liquid ammonium hydroxide and liquid carbon dioxide. Extracts were distilled off from the obtained extracts followed by blending and preparing the end product. EFFECT: improved method of preparing.
