SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes food supplement introducing in dough in mixing stage. As rope inhibiting food supplement lysine hydrochloride in amount of 0.25-0.5 % based on flour mass is used.

EFFECT: inhibiting bread rope without losses of organoleptic characteristics and nutrient value.
