FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming intestinal anastomosis when carrying out stomach resection after Brown. Three segments under spasm are visualized at the beginning of jejunum 10-15 min later after having made intravenous injection of 0.5 ml of 0.1% morphine hydrochloride solution. When creating the intestinal anastomosis, incision on upstream intestine wall is done equidistant from the first and the second segment under spasm. Incision on the downstream intestine wall is done in the zone of the third segment under spasm.
EFFECT: improved rhythmic portion-by-portion evacuation from stomach stump; reduced risk of gastric post-resection syndromes.
