FIELD: the invention refers to the field of purification of technological gases and may be used for collecting large-,middle- and fine-dispersed dust.
SUBSTANCE: the dust collector has a slotted nozzle for feeding the gas flow installed under an angle to the horizontal axle and oriented downward tangentially to a convex curvilinear surface stationed with abutment to the upper part of the nozzle and discs partly submerged into liquid which serves for precipitation of large-dispersed dust. The discs are located opposite to the nozzle longitudinally relatively to the gas flow with ensuring rotation possibility in a backflow. At that the fine-dispersed purification of gas is conducted at contact interaction with the flow of liquid dripped in the shape of a film along the surface of rotating discs increasing effectiveness of the purification process.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of purification of gas from dust and decreasing aerodynamic resistance of the installation.
