APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING OF DOSED MIXTURES Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: mixing equipment used in petroleum chemical, chemical and other branches of industry for producing of mixtures with predetermined ratio of components.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has central chamber, pressure chamber, mixing chamber, peripheral and central delivery pipelines, branch pipes for holding and supplying of media to be injected. Peripheral delivery branch pipes are mounted on pressure chamber at an angle to axial and diametrical planes. Central delivery branch pipe is equipped with ribs and is connected through hexahedral coupling to branch pipe for media to be injected and through cylindrical coupling to central chamber. As in the case with branch pipe for media to be injected, central delivery branch pipe is positioned for axial displacement.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for regulating ratio of components to be mixed during operation of apparatus.
