FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixers and may be used in petrochemical, chemical and other industries for producing mixtures of certain ratio. Device comprises central chamber, pressure and mixing chambers connected with confuser, arranged coaxially with possibility of axial movement of pipe injected media and central pressure branch pipe equipped with nozzles, wherein between nozzles of both branch pipes there is annular slot, at least two injected medium feed branch pipes connected with central delivery branch pipe equipped with fins through hexagonal coupling, wherein central and pressure chambers interconnected by tubes have at least four peripheral injection branch pipes, half of which is installed on pressure chamber and is located at inclination to center and axial planes, and between surface of confuser and nozzle pipe of injected media is annular slot, as well as central chamber is connected with central delivery branch pipe by cylindrical coupling fixed with nuts, besides, on branch of injected media housing is installed, where in sliding bearings there is drive gear wheel with butterfly nut, which teeth are engaged with driven gear teeth, having thread on inner surface of cylinder, in connection with thread on external surface of bushing, and on inner cylinder there are splines with engagement with splines of injected media branch pipe, housing is installed at hexagonal coupling, where drive gear wheel with butterfly nut is installed in bearings, which teeth are engaged with driven gear teeth having thread on inner surface of cylinder, in connection with thread on external surface of central pipe, having on internal cylinder splines with engagement with splines of cylindrical coupling, besides, movable parts of central branch pipe and confuser have collars for sealing of closed space.
EFFECT: higher quality of mixing media, optimising process of injection and enables specific dosed concentration of injected media in given volume of working medium by means of adjustment of their ratio directly during operation, which improves efficiency and higher reliability.
