FIELD: the invention refers to the field of division of isotopes with centrifugal method and may be used in production of enriched isotopes of uranium and other elements in cascades of gas centrifuges.
SUBSTANCE: The mode is in that that routes of the gas centrifuge operating on a working ( nominal) frequency of rotation on an inert working gas in established procedure, gives fluoridized compound which passivates surfaces, interacts with organic matters and water, transfers their volatile compounds which are moved off out of the equipment by the flows of working gas.
EFFECT: the invention provides augmentation of resort reliability of gas centrifuges, maintains their productivity and prevents clogging of the routes of gas centrifuges due to moving off from the equipment's surfaces of compounds participating in corrosive processes.
