FIELD: methods of recovery of a gaseous centrifuge tracks.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of an isotope separation by a centrifugal method and may be used at production of enriched isotopes of uranium and other elements at the system of gaseous centrifugal machines. Recovery of permeability of a gaseous centrifugal machine tracks is conducted on working (nominal) frequency of its rotation. Replacement of the defective details is not conducted. For recovery of permeability of the tracks they use a chemical action of fluorating compound (chlorine trifluoride) on sediments (nonvolatile compounds of uranium) and removal of the formed volatile compounds with a stream of a working gas. Development of special hydraulic modes of operations of the gaseous centrifugal machines (concentration of a chlorine trifluoride in a stream of the working gas of 0,45-4 % vol.) provides a directional action on sediments on the tracks of a gaseous centrifugal machine. Feed of fluorating compound in a mixture with the working gas (freon-350, perfluorinemethylcyclohexagen) may be conducted both in the feeding track and in the track of a heavy fraction (last cut) depending on the fact, permeability of what track is reduced. For removal of a admixture of the working gas with the products of interaction it is possible to use both the track of the last cut and the track of the light fraction. Realization of the methods ensures recovery of permeability of the tracks in the gaseous centrifugal machines without visible results of aggressive action of the fluorating compound on the details of the gaseous centrifugal machines, which might cause reduction of resource reliability of the gaseous centrifugal machines. At that the time of restoration of permeability of the tracks is minimized.

EFFECT: the invention ensures recovery of permeability of the tracks in the gaseous centrifugal machines without visible results of aggressive action of the fluorating compound on the details of the gaseous centrifugal machines.
