FIELD: ecology; methods of utilization of sewage sediments.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of ecology and may be used at utilization of sediments of the sewage formed at the urban sewage disposal plants with production of organomineral fertilizers. The method provides for the treatment of the placed in the cassette sediment with an acid washing solution, regeneration of the acid washing solution, neutralization of the sediment. The sewage sediment before the treatment with the acid washing solution is treated with an alkaline extract with the subsequent washing by a hydrochloric acid washing solution. Regeneration of the acid washing solutions is conducted within one phase by distillation, the washing waters after the acid washing are regenerated by a method of distillation. As a power supply at distillation use the flue-gases gained at incineration of a natural gas or a biogas gained in the methane-tanks, which are a part of the sewage disposal plants, or a mixture of the natural gas and the biogas. The method ensures more complete extraction from the sewage sediments of valuable components, an increase of their fertilizing value, expansion of the assortment of the gained products, reduction of power and reactants input used for treatment of the sediments and formation of a closed cycle of the technological solutions.
EFFECT: the invention ensures more complete extraction of valuable components from the sewage sediments, an increase of their fertilizing value, expansion of the gained products assortment, reduction of power and reactants inputs, formation of a closed cycle of the technological solutions.
