FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and agriculture and can be used for production of organomineral fertilizers. Precipitation wastes are pre-conditioned with organic flocculants in dose 4–9 mg/l. Obtained cake is treated with quicklime and simultaneously disinfected by increasing temperature to 80 °C during reaction of quick lime with water. Dehydration of the precipitate is carried out on filter presses with filtration surface area of 2.5–50 m by feeding residue under pressure of not less than 0.6 MPa at compressed air flow rate of 0.2 m3/min per 1 m2 filtering surface. Dehydrated residue is dried to moisture content of 50 % and mixed with manure as organic component in volume ratio of 0.5:0.5 with periodical stirring of obtained mixture.

EFFECT: invention increases soil fertility and crop capacity without polluting the environment.
