SUBSTANCE: milking unit for milking into milk pipeline has teat cups, pulsator, milk claw, milk hoses, and vacuum regulator. Vacuum regulator has milk catch equipped with gauged drain opening and arranged in upper section of hermetically sealed casing, valve connected to milk catch, and piston arranged in lower section of casing rigidly connected to valve.

EFFECT: high-definition regulation of vacuum extent in teat cup chambers arranged under teats, and prolonged service life of milking apparatus.
