FIELD: method and equipment for obtaining of dishes prepared from first component and separate second component, in particular, preliminarily cooked macaroni and preliminarily prepared sauce.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing uniform heating of product by exposing at least first component before or after adding of second component to hot water steam in closed mixing vessel during predetermined time interval while mixing and/or stirring said components. Method may be performed in fully automatic mode, so ready dish may be eaten by user not long before servicing. Construction of apparatus for obtaining of preliminarily prepared dish allows capacity to be increased to 100-200 dishes per hour. Method and apparatus are especially effective in quick dish preparing field of food-processing industry.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in quick preparing of dishes without deteriorating quality of said dishes.
