FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: grain product is exposed to infrared radiation, then the prepared ingredients are dosed. The ingredients are cooled, mixed with food additives and spices, pressed and packed. After infrared radiation, the product is subject to wet vapour moisturising and compression. Wherein the ingredients are mixed together with moisturising and forming of uniform mass.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
