SUBSTANCE: during remission period patients should be affected with balneological factor of Belokurikha health resort due to providing the baths with native thermal low-mineralized alkaline waters at increased content of silicic acid at 36-37 C at radioactivity concentration being 0.14-0.3 kBq/l. Baths should be conducted by the following scheme: the 1^st d - 5 min, the 2^nd d - 8 min, the 3d d - 10 min, the 4^th d - the rest, the 5^th d - 12 min, the 6^th d - 15 min, the 7^th d - the rest, the 8^th d - 15 min, the 9^th d - 15 min, the 10^th d - the rest, the 11^th d - 15 min, the 12^th d - 15 min, the 13^th d - the rest, the 14^th d - 15 min, there are 10 procedures totally from 1 to 5 p.m. Additionally, in the morning it is necessary to take fresh-water circulatory shower, manual surface massage, rational psychotherapy for psychological correction of emotional sphere by combining the above-mentioned procedures with daily promenades both in the evening and in the morning per 60-120 min, each. The method enables to achieve euthyroidism and decrease goiter's size, prolong remission terms, increase inspecific body resistance and normalize oxygenation and trophic processes in peripheral tissues, vascular tonicity and homeostasis.
