FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients after the new COVID-19 coronavirus infection. Aerosol inhalation is carried out in the form of halotherapy in a salt chamber of the “wet type”. In the chamber, a 2% solution of sodium chloride or “sea salt” is sprayed with an aerosol mass concentration of 40-45 mg/m3, air humidity of at least 65%, air temperature of 18-24°C, the duration of one procedure is 15-40 minutes and the number of procedures from 10 to 40 sessions. As a probiotic, the drug “Biovestin” is used 20-30 minutes before meals for 28 days by children in an amount of 6 ml per day, adults in an amount of no more than 12 ml per day, and patients with chronic stomach and intestinal diseases in an amount of 6 ml per day for up to 60 days. Daily wearing during the rehabilitation period of a three-layer medical mask is carried out with ozonated vegetable oil applied in the form of drip irrigation to its surface in an amount of 3.0-3.5 ml. Musical and acoustic relaxation psychotherapeutic effects on the patient are conducted. Listening to musical compositions for relaxation and meditation is carried out during halotherapy sessions in a salt chamber of the “wet type”.
EFFECT: method provides an expansion of non-drug methods and means aimed at the rehabilitation of patients after the new COVID-19 coronavirus infection.
