SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for personalized rehabilitation of patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis after suffering a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The certified dose of L-thyroxin and fresh rain shower for 3 minutes at a temperature of 35-36°C are taken. Additionally, manual surface massage of the collar zone is performed. A native radon bath of the Belokurikha resort is taken with a radioactivity concentration of 0,14 - 0,3 kBq/l at a water temperature of 36-37°C. Rational aromatherapy and daily walks in the morning and evening are also carried out.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the effectiveness of rehabilitation and consolidation of the achieved drug euthyroidism, increases the period of remission due to a complex therapeutic effect.
