FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying combined treatment with pulsating infrared laser radiation of λ=890 nm and pulse power of 8 to 20 W, pulsating incoherent infrared radiation of λ=860-960 nm and mean power of 60±30 mW, pulsating red radiation of λ=600-700 nm, frequency of 2 Hz and permanent magnetic field intensity of 35±10 mTesla units. Occipitoparietal head region, neck, carotid sinuses and biologically active points are treated. The occipitoparietal region haired head part is treated with infrared laser radiation from coronal suture of parietal bone to opening on aponeurosis median line with pulse power of 20 W, pulsating incoherent infrared laser radiation frequency of 1000 Hz in scanning top-down movement with exposure time of 2-4 min. Then, infrared laser radiation of pulse power equal to 8 W, pulsating incoherent infrared laser radiation frequency of 50 Hz is applied to lower edge of occipital bone between picking and trapezoid muscle tendons on both sides with exposure time equal to 2 min per each field. Then, carotid sinuses are treated on both sides with pulsating infrared laser radiation power of 8 W, pulsating incoherent infrared laser radiation frequency of 50 Hz and exposure time equal to 2 min. Next, symmetrical biologically active points are treated with pulse power of 8 W, pulsating incoherent infrared laser radiation frequency of 1000 Hz. First, general action points like F2, F3, E36, Gi4, IG3, TR10, V62 are treated, then, local action points around the eyes like E1, TR23, VB1, V1, V2, BT6 and auricular points like AT8, AT24a, AT24 are treated with laser radiation pulse power of 8 W pulsating incoherent infrared laser radiation frequency of 5 Hz exposure time equal to 20-30 s per each point and treatment duration of 6-9 min. The total treatment course is 8-12 sessions long.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in normalizing eye accommodation apparatus.
