SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat myopic maculopathy of atrophic type of the I, II and III stages. The visual analyzer of the patient is exposed to a "running" alternating magnetic field, combined with a "running" infrared laser radiation of the apparatus for magnetic and infrared laser therapy “АМО-АТОС-ИКЛ”, manufactured by "trima" (Russia), operating in synchronous mode for the procedure carried out in two stages. At the first stage, an “ОГОЛОВЬЕ” emitter and a coaxial sensor are used according to a combined transcranial and orbital technique with a switching frequency of magnetic field sources “(ЧКИМП)” of 10 Hz and a switching frequency of laser radiation sources “(ЧКИЛИ)” of 160 Hz. The “ОГОЛОВЬЕ” emitter is installed on the temporo-occipital region of the patient's head, the coaxial sensor is placed on the closed eyelid of the affected eye. The exposure time is 10 minutes. At the second stage, a coaxial sensor with “ЧКИМП” 50 Hz and “ЧКИЛИ” 80 Hz is used, which is first installed on the suboccipital area in the projection zone of the vertebral artery on the side of the affected eye, then on the contralateral side. The exposure time is 5 minutes on each side. The course of treatment is 10 procedures, which are carried out daily.
