SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill ultrasound dopplerographic trial of the parameters of orbital circulation both before and after 1-2 seances of physiotherapeutic therapy. Moreover, increased maximal systolic rate (Vs) by 9% and more in orbital artery in combination with increased final diastolic rate (Vd) by 3% and more against the initial level, increased maximal systolic rate (Vs) by 3% and more in central retinal artery in combination with increased final diastolic rate (Vd) by 6% and more against the initial level, increased maximal systolic rate (Vs) by 4% and more in posterior short ciliary arteries in combination with increased final diastolic rate (Vd) by 12% and more against the initial level and increased maximal systolic rate (Vs) by 5% and more in posterior long ciliary arteries in combination with increased final diastolic rate (Vd) by 16% and more against initial level is considered to be a prognostic criteria of the efficiency of physiotherapeutic therapy in children with abnormalities of refraction. The innovation widens the number of means for predicting the efficiency of physiotherapeutic therapy in children with abnormal ocular refraction.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
