FIELD: training simulators; sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports, and more specifically to the training apparatus for boxing. Technical problem of the invention is constant control of the threshold value of the boxer's pulse during the training process with the possibility of correcting the parameters of the bag movement. Program-power complex for boxers training contains boxer bag connected to movement mechanism, which is connected with microprocessor control system, boxer pulse sensor connected to a microprocessor control system programmed to correct the trajectory and speed of the bag depending on the boxer's pulse readings. Complex may comprise a unit for light and / or acoustic indication of a threshold pulse value connected to a microprocessor control system. Boxing bag is made of two coaxial longitudinal sealing chambers with fillers, note here that bag inner chamber is hollow with thickened coating and built-in resilient rod connected with displacement mechanism. External chamber is filled with water and has pressure sensor connected via radio channel with microprocessor control system.
EFFECT: safety of a physical resource and growth of its technical possibility due to increased time of a training process.
