FIELD: chemical technology, catalysts.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalytic system used in (co)polymerization of olefins that comprises the following components: a) a solid catalyst component comprising titanium, magnesium, halogen and 1,3-diether prepared by dissolving magnesium halide in solvents system containing organic epoxy compound, organophosphorus compound and, optionally, inert diluting agent to form a homogenous solution followed by mixing this homogenous solution with titanium tetrachloride or its derivatives to form a mixture, precipitation of a solid substance from the mixture in the presence at least one accessory precipitating agent, treatment of a solid substance with 1,3-diether in order to introduce diether into a solid substance. The treatment stage of a solid substance can be excluded if an accessory precipitating agent comprises 1,3-diether, and treatment of this solid substance with added diether, titanium tetrachloride or its derivatives and an inert diluting agent; b) organoaluminum compound and, optionally, c) organosilicon compound. Invention provides enhancing sensitivity of active sites of catalysts to gaseous hydrogen and enhancing activity of catalyst.
