SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of low-alcoholic beverages. Beverage comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: aromatic principle "Dzhin-essentsia 366", "Dohler" firm (Germany), 50.0-70.0 kg; aromatic principle "1044 Banan", "Unifine Dohler GmbH" firm (Germany), 0.5-6.0 kg; aromatic base "Limon 2.00937, "Dohler GmbH" firm, Member of the Dohler Group (Germany), 40.0-60.0 kg; aromatic emulsion "Apelsin art. 520", "Dohler Belgie G.C.V." firm (Belgium), 2.0-8.0 kg; nutritive dye "Patentovanny siny art. 541 (E131)", "Dohler GmbH" firm, Member of the Dohler Group (Germany), 0.01-0.05 kg; nutritive dye "Tartrazin art. 543", "Dohler" firm (Germany), 0.1-0.3 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 800.0-950.0 dm3; citric acid, 3.0-7.0 kg; carbon dioxide, 25.0-45.0 kg; sodium benzoate, 0.5-1.0 kg, and rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest treatment and prepared water as measure to provide strength of ready beverage 7%. Proposed invention allows preparing low-alcoholic beverage with improved organoleptic indices due to combination of features that provides clearly defined taste of mixture or tropical fruits to beverage. Invention can be used in producing carbonated low-alcoholic beverages, in particular, carbonated low-alcoholic beverage "Dzhangl Dzhus".
