FIELD: containers for storing and servicing of food products.
SUBSTANCE: container for cheese has flat servicing tray with dome-shaped cover mounted thereon and protruding upward therefrom. Cover has enlarged vent opening extending substantially in parallel with and oriented along tray. Vent opening is closed with detachable ventilating panel comprising multiplicity of through holes. Foil superposed onto said through holes is made from material which is water-impermeable and is steam-permeable to certain extent.
EFFECT: increased shelf life of food products and effective controllable ventilation of containers.
