SUBSTANCE: one should detect final diastolic size of left ventricle, the size of left atrium, diastolic arterial pressure. Then it is necessary to evaluate the presence of fatigue and dyspnea. Each parameter should be led to obtain a point value. The obtained point values of parameters should be summed up. The severity degree of cardiac failure or its absence should be detected by total summed up value of parameters expressed in points. The innovation enables to standardize the severity degree of cardiac failure and evaluate the quality of therapy conducted more objectively.
