FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used for determination of right ventricle diastolic dysfunction. In patients with no previous liver disease, polyhepato-graphic examination of portohepatic hemodynamics is performed. If observing persistent signs of disturbed hepatic outflow characterized by plate-like form of rheographic curve in hepatic region, recording with respiratory retention on the half-breath and negative result of the breath holding test at deep inspiration, diastolic dysfunction of the right ventricle is determined.

EFFECT: method provides higher sensitivity and accuracy of investigation, its cost reduction as a result of enlarging contingent of examined patients due to patients with emphysema adjacent to the heart of lung areas, as well as narrowing the intercostal space, due to use of significantly cheaper equipment.
