SUBSTANCE: one should form a minor ventricle, perform intestine-shunting operation. Moreover, at body weight index being 55 kg/sq. m, not more intestinal shunting should be performed at the level of 80 ± 3 cm in jejunal functional segment, at body weight index being above 55 kg/sq. m intestinal shunting should be conducted at the level of 60 ± 3 cm of jejunal functioning segment. In peculiar case, one should apply anastomosis at the distance of 30 ± 3 cm against ileocecal valve. The innovation suggested enables to keep stable decrease of patient's body weight and provides prophylaxis of pronounced alimentary and metabolic disorders.
