FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: two sutures-holders are applied at the corners of the formed window in the hepatogastric ligament, in the middle between the holders a gastrotomy hole is formed. The intestine is brought to the small ventricle and the posterior lip of the gastroenteroanastomosis is formed according to the "end-to-side" type. The anterior lip of the anastomosis is formed starting from the left corner of the anastomosis.

EFFECT: opportunity to form a small ventricle of sufficient length in any anatomical conditions using the minimum possible amount of foreign non-absorbable material reduces the risk of developing anastomositis and ulcers of gastroenteroanastomosis in the postoperative period, prevents the alkaline bile contents from the small intestine from being thrown through gastroenteroanastomosis into the stump of the formed small ventricle and further into esophagus and allows to achieve maximum tightness of the gastroenteroanastomosis.
