SUBSTANCE: the resistance to the output of the extruded mass on the outer profiling part of the blank output is effected by means of discharge of the lower part of the blank through a segment hemispherical calibration passage. The radius of rounding of the segment is adjusted depending on the dampness and plasticity of the extrudate.
EFFECT: eliminated physical defects in the products.
