FIELD: medicine, hematology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laboratory methods for blood study. Method involves determination of serum blood density and the content of the total blood serum protein. The dehydration degree is evaluated by the value of hydration coefficient calculated by the following formula: khydr = wherein ρ means blood serum density (g/cm3); b means the content of blood serum total protein (g/l); 0.0002782, 1.0046, 0.99 and 1000 mean correction coefficients. Dehydration of the I-st degree is evaluated at 1.86 khydr < 8.89; dehydration of the II-d degree is evaluated at 8.89 khydr < 15.93; dehydration of the 3-d degree is evaluated at 15.93 khydr < 22.96, and dehydration of IV-th degree is evaluated at khydr 22.96. Invention provides precision of assay.
