SUBSTANCE: head-dress is made in the form of semi-rigid elastic sewn construction consisting of wedges with rearward semi-oval cut, rigid trapezium-shaped peak, stitched ear covers and narrow tightening belt equipped with buckle. Method involves connecting layer material with head-dress top by means of adhesive; connecting all top parts by stitch; stitching ear covers to small thin rubber strip by knitted seam; stitching-in peak; after connecting of ear cover parts, stitching special high-density rubber strip around inner circle of peak; stitching knitted insert into semi-oval cut and sewing mating part of tightening belt and buckle.
EFFECT: improved protection of user in cold time of the year, convenient usage and comfort.
