FIELD: micro-robotics.
SUBSTANCE: drive includes cylindrical housing inside which piezoelectric transducers are arranged; rod mounted coaxially with housing. At least two piezoelectric transducers in the form of rods are arranged in parallel relative to rod axis. Said transducers have controlled length; their one ends are joined with end of housing and their other ends are connected with piezoelectric transducer in the form of disc. Disc has central controlled-diameter opening through which rod passes. At maximum diameter of said opening rod may freely reciprocate and at minimum diameter of opening rod is rigidly fixed by means of piezoelectric transducer in the form of disc.
EFFECT: simplified design, easy process for manufacturing and assembling drive, enhanced mass and size parameters, possibility for precision motion of rod of micro-manipulator in wide range.
