FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: multiposition rotary press contains a vertical rotor carrying the upper and lower sliders with punches uniformly distributed around the periphery. The punches interact with the form-building matrices. A hopper for powder material and a bulk dispenser in the form of a rotary disk are provided in the press. Under the rotary disc there is a table top with a window for unloading metered doses of powder material. Each lower slider is equipped with a damping knot. Said assembly is mounted on the end of the lower slider with the possibility of a kinematic closure with the corresponding lower punch and is made in the form of an elastic ring. The ring is placed between the power discs, secured by through the central adjustment rod with threaded fixator for preloading elastic rings force equal to the force pressing of powder material.
EFFECT: regulation of the pressing forces on the working positions of the press to produce in equal production the equal geometry of the pressed articles from the powder material.
