METHOD FOR PREPARING ANHYDRIDE BINDING AGENT Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC C04B11/06

Abstract RU 2277515 C2

FIELD: binding agents.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing a binding anhydride agent. Method for preparing a binding anhydride agent involves grinding a mixture comprising fluoroanhydride, neutralizing agent and additive wherein granulated fluoroanhydride is used as fluoroanhydride, and a seizing accelerating agent is used as an additive in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: granulated fluoroanhydride, 100; neutralizing agent, 8-15 above 100%, and seizing accelerating agent, 1-1.5. Indicated mixture is subjected for grinding in ball mill followed by repeated fine grinding and intensive stirring in disintegrator and the following separation of prepared anhydride binding agent for fractions less 40 mcm, from 40 to 80 mcm, and above 80 mcm. Crushed limestone as a waste in manufacturing lime and ceramics with particles size 1 mm, not above, or carbide silt as a waste in manufacturing acetylene, or quick lime can be used as a neutralizing agent. In the latter case the spent battery acid in the concentration 10 wt.-%, not less, is used for enhancing the quality level of a binding agent. A mixture of solutions of the spent lead battery acid and the spent potassium alkali of nickel-cadmium alkaline accumulator can be used as an accelerating agent. In grinding in ball mill sulfonol or wolgonate is added in the amount below 0.02 wt.-%. Invention can be used in preparing a binding anhydride agent from acid sulfate-calcium waste in hydrogen fluoride manufacture of fluoroanhydride. Invention provides improving the technology for preparing a binding agent, using industrial waste as raw components, preparing a binding agent with broad spectrum for using, diminished cost in producing and enhancing consumers' properties of anhydride binding agent.

EFFECT: improved preparing method.
