FIELD: flying vehicles power plant control systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains means for metering out consumption of fuel, electronic control device with means for reception of input signal corresponding to speed of rotor rotation, signal processing device with differentiator and summer, and threshold comparator. Summer is installed to determine sum of signal of rotor speed (NP) and derivative of this signal (K.dNP/dt). Threshold comparator has upper and lower thresholds, it receives output signal from summer and sends output signal to drive control mechanism. Method comes to control of power plant according to "all-or-nothings" method either for stepless increase or stepless decrease or keeping fuel delivered into engine of power plant at constant level relative to consumption of fuel at moment of failure of main control system. Control is provided as a function of speed of rotor.
EFFECT: simplified control in case of emergency, improved safety, reduced cost of stand-by control system.
