FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation engine building and may be used in helicopter turboprop power plant ACS. Proposed method of controlling two engines driving one rotor consists in defining, for each engine, the error of free turbine rpm relative to preset rpm, correcting rpm with due allowance for mismatch between measured torques of free and adjacent turbines. In case free turbine rpm is smaller, corrected error is transformed into amount of required variation of turbo compressor rpm to be added to preset turbo compressor rpm depending on rotor pitch. Then, mismatch between preset and actual turbo compressor rpm is defined and transformed in control effect. Thereafter, preset turbo compressor rpm is corrected with respect to mismatch between actual and preset rotor rpm.
EFFECT: faster rotor rpm adjustment.
