SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring spatial color coordinates as R, G, B vectors. Color values in hyperemia and intact areas are measured. Pathological state intensity is determined from formula F=CP*100%/CN-100%, where F is the pathological state intensity; CP is the pathologically changed area color; CN is the intact area color. Pathological state intensity being greater than 10%, ischemia is considered to be available in the area under study.
EFFECT: objective inflammatory response evaluation.
